Chch HOG - Notice of Annual General Meeting

This notice is to advise of the upcoming AGM for members of the Christchurch Harley Owners Group. The details of the AGM are;

Date: Sunday, 14th July 2024
Time: 3.00pm
Venue: The Bealey Quarter Meeting Room
            263 Bealey Avenue

Refreshments: The bar will be available for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Nibbles will be provided at the conclusion of the meeting.

Raffle: A raffle will again be up for grabs this year, so bring your pocket money along - You've gotta be in to win!!

Any agenda items you wish to have included into General Business can be submitted by email to the Secretary at christchurchhog@gmail.com by Thursday 11th July.

Committee Position Nomination Forms will be available via link below and the Merchandise Counter at Rolling Thunder for those who are interested in joining the committee, or renewing their role within it.
Positions include; Head Road Captain, Safety Officer, Membership Officer, Activities Officer, Web Master, Photographer, Ladies of Harley Officer, Historian.
Committee Position Nomination Forms need to be returned to the Rolling Thunder Merchandise Counter no later than Monday, 1st July. If anyone wishes to discuss committee positions further they can do so by contacting:
